BYD Seagull vs BYD Dolphin

Dolphin is far better value-for-money BYD, than the Seagull, and still a CHEAP, I mean AFFORDABLE car to buy!

Among the two, the Dolphin, is the clearly the more capable option. It has the performance to tackle highway miles with ease, where the Seagull falls a bit short. In all other aspects, the Seagull is mighty-close to the Dolphin. It is only a foot shorter than the Dolphin, which is less than ten-percent. Difference in width and height is barely two-inches. When it comes to range, even the base-Seagull is more than adequate for a second car.
