Rolls Royce Spectre vs BYD YangWang U8

Rolls Royce is losing it! The Spectre is priced at over four hundred thousand dollars, but if you remove the brand, this car wouldn't even be worth a quarter of its asking price! There are cars already available in the market, having better performance, more range, more useful features and more intimidating presence than the electric roller. Lo and behold the BYD Yangwang U-eight! It is high time, that the old geysers of the automotive world, start taking inspiration from the East! If Rolls Royce would have had the gumption, to think from the first principles like BYD, the Spectre would have had a thousand kilometer or six hundred mile, real world range. Not a measly 400 kilometer, or just two seventy five miles of it! Rolls Royce has messed up the powertrain configuration. If they had gone for a range extender instead of an EV-only powertrain, the Spectre would have been lighter and quicker, with at least double the current range. Second aspect where the Roller is woefully lacking is features. Instead of punching thousands of holes in the roof and the door pads, for some utterly pointless LEDs, they could have gone shopping for some better tech!
